Black Couple Arrested for Stomping Elderly Man to Death

Quintin Guerrero, 61, was killed when he rushed to aid of a black female, Tosheba Alford, 20, after she jumped out of a moving cab in front of his Bronx house. She was trying to escape a beating from her boyfriend, a feral black male named Mr. Major. Like rabid dogs they both turned and attacked Mr. Guerrero.

Witnesses, including the cabbie who drove the pair to the Bronx, claimed Alford was as responsible as Major for the 1:30 a.m. Saturday beat down in Mott Haven. "It was very horrifying to see," said livery cab driver Angel Ruiz, 47, who called 911 and helped cops track down the pair.

Major and Alford were arraigned in Bronx Supreme Court on second-degree murder charges...Meanwhile, Ruiz was praised as a hero Sunday by his colleagues at the New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers, who awarded him with a $500 check and a bullet proof vest for helping cops nab the killers.

Two Black Males Shoot Knoxville Man in Front Door of Home

An East Knoxville man was shot once in the stomach while standing at the front door of his home in what police say was the result of an attempted robbery... (How was a drive by shooting an attempted robbery?) ...Paul Anthony McKamey, 37, was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center with what was believed to be a nonfatal wound.

Two suspects that fled from the scene on foot were described as "two black males one about 6 feet tall, wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and bright white tennis shoes; the second about 5-foot-8 or 5-foot-9, wearing a gray hoodie and either white or gray sweat pants."

Note that Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie the night he may have attacked Zimmerman.

Suggestions to Enhance Public Safety

Here are my suggestions to protect the citizens of all races in urban areas:

Dusk to dawn curfews for those under 18 unless with adult guardian or provides proof from an employer of going/coming from a job;

Jail parents that won't control their children. If they can't control them the law must intervene and put the child in juvenile detention;

The same curfews apply to convicted felons unless they provide proof of going to/from work;

Zero tolerance of petty crime, loitering, public intoxication and/or drug use;

Women on public assistance are to be on mandatory birth control;

Put police into public housing, regular inspection of units for safely/cleanliness, removal of non-residents after curfew. After so many violations removal from public housing of those elements that won't follow the rules.

Make all violent cross-racial crimes automatic hate crimes and impose maximum sentences including for juvenile offenders 15 and over. If the attack results in a death, mandatory death sentence. This is to be carried within 10 years or two appeals, which ever comes first. The sentence is be carried out on juveniles after their 18th birthday.

Sex involving minors is statutory rape consensual or otherwise. Enforce the law and get a handle on the unwed mother problem.

It's time to end this toleration of sloth and misbehavior that's the root cause of this problem. Just because it ends up being mostly minorities means the problem is them, not society.
